Nata for developers
Nata is an Indonesian-language assistant for online sellers. This page covers the integration surface in English: channels, the storefront widget, and the server-to-server API. The plans are Free, Pro, and Max. The product UI itself and its operating guide are Indonesian; the guide is at nyataka.com/docs. Support: [email protected].
Public profit calculator. Work out selling price, COGS, marketplace fee, and break-even ROAS without signing up. Every fee carries its source and date. Open the calculator →
Save the audit. After calculating, press “Simpan audit” to get a claim token. Sign in to the app, paste the token in Aktivitas, and the audit lands in your account.
Delete account and data. Open Akun → Hapus akun & data. The request has a 7-day grace period and can be cancelled. Details →
Start
Chat on app.nyataka.com, on Telegram via @nyataka_bot, or through the Chrome extension to read the tab you already have open and signed in. On desktop, the extension uses that tab as it is. On mobile, connect an account on the Akun tab because the extension is desktop-only. Actions that change the store still wait for your approval.
Channels and integrations
Every channel runs the same Nata, with the same tools and the same conversation history. The plan a channel needs is written in its own sentence. The API is a separate product, with its own limits and guide.
For developers: widget setup, the POST /webhook/nata API, catalog push, limits, and the full error list are in the self-hosted integration guide. Support: [email protected].
Web — app.nyataka.com: chat, Aktivitas, Jadwal, attachments, and voice messages.
Telegram (Max) — @nyataka_bot runs the same Nata, with the same tools and conversation as the web app. Send text, photos, PDFs, Excel files, or voice messages; images from Nata arrive as photos. Reminders, the morning summary, and watch updates are meant to land here too. To link it to your web account, get a code on the Telegram page and send it to the bot.
Chrome extension (Max) — Nata's panel on the right side of the browser. It reads one active tab, only when you ask, after a one-time permission. It does not read passwords, cookies, or other tabs.
Widget on your store site (Max) — one script line puts Nata on the right side of your site. For shoppers, Nata answers from the catalog and policies you imported (products, prices, stock, policy pages) and does not invent answers. As admin you can sign in and use Nata from the same page, with that page's context. There is a daily cap and an allowed-domain list. It has its own settings page: open Integrasi → Widget di situs in the app. Full setup: the integration guide.
WhatsApp Cloud API — not available in production. Email [email protected] if you need it prioritised.
Discord & Slack — not built yet; the Nyataka team activates it by hand.
Separate product API for a self-hosted web — your system or CS tool posts a message to POST https://app.nyataka.com/webhook/nata with the header Authorization: Bearer <key> and the body {"text": "...", "thread_id": "optional"}. The reply comes back synchronously in the same response. Set an https callback_url on the API page to receive a copy there too, or send {"mode": "async"} for an immediate 202 and the reply later over the callback. Keys, the per-message price, and the usage meter live on the API surface: api.nyataka.com (a separate package; the seller app carries no API). Full developer guide (curl and JavaScript quickstart, catalog push, error list, troubleshooting): nyataka.com/en/docs/api. Questions: [email protected].
The widget comes with Max; the server-to-server API is a separate product from the chat subscription. The API is its own package, billed per message from a prepaid credit balance. It does not consume the web chat's daily allowance. Limits and prices are in the integration guide.
